School Meals At Aberbargoed Primary School

All pupils at Aberbargoed Primary School may receive a lunch in school. These are provided by Caerphilly Catering Services.

Caerphilly Catering operates a three weekly menu. The menu for each week can be found on our website.

Each meal costs £2.10 (£10.50) for classes 2-8. £2.50 (£12.50) for nursery pupils.

Some pupils are entitled to receive Free School Meals. If you would like to apply for Free School Meals please contact the School Office for more information and an application form.

ABERBARGOED PRIMARY FREE BREAKFAST CLUB

We encourage children to attend the School’s Breakfast Club which is available too pupils and is free of charge.

Breakfast club runs from 8.15-8.40 each morning, last admission to breakfast club is 8.35am.

SCHOOL MILK

All pupils in the Foundation Phase are provided with free School Milk each Day

Key Stage Two pupils may also receive School Milk at a charge. Parents are advised of the costs for this each term.

SCHOOL FRUIT

As a result of the pandemic Fruit Tuck Shop was put on hold. Pupils are encouraged to bring a snack of fruit for break times. Fruit Tuck Shop will resume in the autumn term 2022.
